Please arrive around 3:45 pm. The ceremony starts at 4:00 pm and will be followed by cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. The reception will wrap up at 10:00 pm (due to the noise ordinance in Leesburg). There are multiple bars in walkable distance from Birkby if you choose the keep the party going with us past 10.

Yes! Kids and adults of all ages are welcome. As for attire, anything from cocktail to formal attire works.

Yes, there is free parking behind the venue off Liberty Street Northwest (Liberty Street lot). Also, the Town Hall Garage, located beside the Leesburg Town Hall, is very close (1 or 2 minute walk) at 10 Loudoun Street SW. Another free garage on weekends (approximately 2 blocks away) is the Loudoun County Garage at 146 Loudoun Street SE. Additionally, there will be shuttles to and from the Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn hotels.
